I love Zaxaby's as a whole. This particular restaurant always seems a little on the dirty side and unkept. Tables not wiped down etc. I have experience rude service here before but for the most part the employees are nice.
Need to be more friendly . person taken my money didn't say hey or can I take your order she just looked at me .I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. If she is tired she need to go home .food was great just need to work on people skills.
Exceptionally poor service! Very rude cashier because she was "ready to go" (at 9:45 & they close at 10), overheard cashier say she had to "bite her tongue" because we ordered for "here" instead of to-go. Will not be back to this location, stay away!
Easily seen from the road. Large spacious free parking. Clean restrooms. Wheelchair parking and access into the building. Drive thru window. Nice clean and quiet. Fast and friendly service. Good food.
Another reliable friendly restaurant. Great food and service. One of my favorite places locally.
