Got some raw dough for my supper when I ordered Stromboli. Gus's used to be great. What happened? Oh and it took them an hour to get my call in ready too. Guess I will finish cooking it at home.
Food was very good, but the salad greens didn't look fresh, brown edges. This will not keep me from giving them another opportunity.
Addition...there was hardly any meat in the Stromboli. It was all peppers and onions.

Just caught the restaurant on a bad day. Dining room was not bussed. Obvious conflict going on in the kitchen. A previous visit at the Kershaw Gus was outstanding.
