Sales staff would NOT give me salea price of a car unless I filled out and signed ALL paperwork fir a purchase. Stood ground and wouldn't sign. Bought a car elsewhere instead with a dealership who quoted upfront
There is no point in having links on your website for pricing and buying inquires if the only way you are willing to work with someone is if they are on site. It's not 1985, you better recognize how easily you can loose a sale by avoiding web/email customers.

Their M.O. is kill you with kindness and steal your money. This dealership should not be allowed to stay in business. Don't make the same costly mistake I did and take your car for service somewhere else.......NOT HERE!!!!!!
Emailed over a month ago about GM Employee lease pricing for a Silverado, Terry the sales person emailed back some estimates. After reviewing his pricing, I sent two emails and left two voicemails with questions, he never contacted me back. Since I didn't feel it was fair to have to beg to make a purchase, I contacted Burns in Rock Hill on a Friday morning via their website and had a new truck purchased and at home by 4 that afternoon.
Ripp-off!!!! DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I was charged 5X's more than a local mechanic doing the work. They also sold my parts I did not need!!!
I drove from Gastonia after work last week to look at a 2010 Highlander with 24,000 miles on it because I was specifically looking for a Highlander. The salesman was the only good part of my experience. First of all your internet agent,William Beaver, basically lied to me, I assume to get me to come down there. He told me that you had just gotten the vehicle in and that it was still in the detail shop. He also said that you would be willing to work on the price. When I arrived, I drove the vehicle and found several things that were wrong with the vehicle. First of all I noted cigarette burns on the side of the passenger side and the car had a noticable nicotine odor. Next, we found that the middle of the back seat would not latch and when I looked at the outside there were several scratches..all the way down the side on the passenger side. During the test drive, Carl mentioned some things that the internet agent had blatently lied about. Carl apparently didn't know what William had told me and informed me that you had had the car for at least 2 weeks and that it had been detailed 2 weeks prior. William also didn't mention that there had been several people who had test driven the car. When I first learned that William had lied to me, it caused me to doubt the integrity of the dealership. Then after all the issues had been found, I told Carl to find out what the bottom dollar on the car would be so he took it to the manager's room and came back with basically no discount and an amount that was really really not worth a 2010 car. It was late, because I had driven down after I got off from work at 5 o'clock, so I told Carl I wasn't paying that for the car, but the manager didn't budge out of his office. Perhaps they thought that because I was a woman, it would be an easy sell, but my late husband was in the car business all his life so I learned what to look for and what to expect. When I left I had a very bad opinion of the dealership and its management and felt like I had just wasted my time in coming down there. The only positive thing I can say about the dealership is the salesman I dealt with. Carl was very courteous and knowledgeable but most of all honest and I appreciated that very much.
UPDATE: Please notice, that whenever someone posts a negative review - miraculously they receive dozens of 5 star reviews within hours? Funny since there seems to be no activity until a negative post is made. Should tell you a lot about their character.
