I reviewed their web site and found a vehicle I wanted to look at. They were very forthcoming with all information. Were quick to respond and when it came down to making the decision to buy were very low pressure easy to work with. They put in the time and effort to assure a great deal. In the end I would rate the Customer Service above any other experience I have had buying a car previously. Nothing has ever been as enjoyable as working with Jodi, Freddy and the rest of the hard working courteous staff at Burns Ford.
Don't waste your time dealing with the service group. I made an appointment to have a recall issue with the exhaust system dealt with. When I arrived at the allotted time, two days later, i was was told they didn't have the part and I would have to come back another time. Time off work, cost of driving and general frustration seemed unimportant to them. At minimum I would expect to be compensated for this but I won't be holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and deal elsewhere for service and probably even a new vehicle purchase. Burns obviously doesn't respect their customers. A number of my family worked or works for Ford and one brother, a plant superintendent, always said that no matter how well they built the vehicles, a bad dealership experience is what stays in a customer's mind. Guess my next vehicle will be something other than a Ford. Remember Fix Or Repair Daily was the Ford acronym and Burns is upholding thia.
My husband and I recently purchased a truck at this dealership. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff definitely made this an enjoyable experience! We highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or reliable used vehicle! We also had running boards and a bedliner installed and were pleased with our dealings with their maintenance staff as well.
Great service experience there which resulted in a great purchase and trade in experience. The sales consultant Scott is a great example of their excellent service, very professional and efficient. Also, Danny was very helpful through the process as well. Finally. the finance and paperwork process was a charm with the help of Freddy. High recommended dealership!!!
Although my wife and I have been looking for a Super Duty for months, using Ford's end of year incentives, I finally found the truck I wanted at Burns- the problem was I live in Michigan which is +600 miles and a 10 hour drive each way. Between phone calls and emails, we ended up making a deal that made the drive worth it (low end $$ 2017 F350 Super Cab duallies just not to be found closer to home). The Burns team held true to their word despite we were not a local customer (no surprises). We love our new truck and can't wait to tow our camper next summer. Thank you Ricky, Freddy, and Cary (and Mr. Burns) for making this a great long-distance purchase experience!
