Horrible expierience. I used them for the shuttle service to & from Darlington speedway. The driver told us to look for the sunshine bus afterwards. there was one bus and it was full. the driver of that bus John was extremely ruse & would not give us any information. We finaly find out that they were also using another bus company with them. We were never told this on the ride down. Customer service is a definate minus.
Used this company for the shuttle service to Darlington speedway. Awful service on the return. Extremely rude driver. Even threatened to have the police come. If they didn't lie and show at least a small attempt at customer service things would have been better. Terrible ending up to what was a great night until I tried to return.

I was already impressed with the smooth and expert maneuvering skills of our driver through Ashville and through Biltmore Estate, but the company owners and staff just went above and beyond what I expected when I contacted them the next day to ask them to search the bus for my mother's engagement ring. She remembered seeing it on the trip home, but it had slipped off of her finger. They not only searched the bus thoroughly more than once, but put up with my pestering phone calls and were very gracious. The last time I called (after hours) to ask if I could come to Lancaster to look through the trash from the bus trip, the owner told me they would do that for me. The mechanic went through that trash and found her ring! They also made arrangements to meet with us at the office on Saturday evening to pick it up. Honest and caring owners and staff. I should mention, also, the bus was nice and comfortable and the driver was great.
Avoid this scumbag company at all costs. I'd rather walk!
Terrible ride, drive constantly slammed on the brakes, we were all over the road. Horrible
