Don't waste your time here. just drive up to the petsmart in NC you will save time, money and headache. we got no customer service and we had to YELL for 5 mins to find an employee to check us out. The ONLY people we saw the whole time we ewere there where the groomers who were very kind and ended up getting a huge tip because we forgot to pay for their service at the register and i wasn't going to hunt for the dude smoking pot outback with his buddy again, so i handed them a $50 and left. If the owner is reading this, you got HUGE problems man.
Great pet store close by with good prices, along with a great selection on items for all your pets.
Very disappointed employees don't no what they are doing I drive 40 minutes after I had already called for appointment and was told I don't need one after I got there with my dogs they offered to wash but couldn't dry them due to being busy really shows how much they really don't care about your dog to send them out wet in the cold ( a real winner of a place )
