The customer service at this store is horrible, the sales associate is rude ,unprofessional, lacks judgement and is not there to assist customers. My family and I have been customers of this store for years, however, my experience at this store most recently was appalling. Not worth my time nor my business. They have just lost another customer because of terrible customer service.
They won't order a part unless you go to the store. You can't even pay for it over the phone. The website won't allow you to buy and ship to the store. The person was nice enough on the phone, but this just isn't the way I want to do business.
Very positive. Bought a new refrigerator. And they are delivery today.very pleased with service and good value . Happy to do business locally owned .
