I called Winona's Floral from Texas and spoke with Debbie. Not only was she very friendly, she was very knowledgeable about how to produce exactly what I was looking for to accommodate a hospital room. I felt so good after hanging up, I called my Mother in Alabama and told her she should call Debbie so she would have the same exoerience. I then received a picture from Debbie of both arrangements she made for my brother. I was shocked! I've never had any florist send me a picture of what I just ordered and I order florals long distance quite often. It was the nicest touch to what was already a great experience. Top notch Florist and service!
