Very dismissive, very slow. If you feel like waiting hours on end to be treated bad this is the place for you. They just run you through to get your insurance money. As for me I'll never go back.
I was a patient there for years until my primary care physician moved away. I just resumed my care there this past year and have actually had even better service than in the past. This has always been a good practice,but all of the staff members and physicians are exceptional. They render fast,friendly customer service and treat their patients with kindness,caring and compassion. If I need to be seen for a genuine concern,they have no problem getting me an appointment ASAP,even if it's due to my lack of poor planning. I'm always treated like a person & not a problem. This is extremely important to me since I worked in healthcare for 26 years. I have no intentions of ever going elsewhere and would recommend this practice to anyone.
