Would have shopped here but the idiot in the parking lot told us they close at 10:00. Looked it up online and saw that it's a 24 hour store. Got out to look at hours on door and this idiot employee is telling me I better hurry doors locked at 10. I asked why it says 24 hours and he said this side closes at 10. That side is open 24 hours........ He needs to be a little clearer. Off to Kmart or Target.
Lines were a bit long but you get what you need. I encountered a manger that whole it seemed she was dealing with an upset customer she seemed calm and jolly even. She had the upset customer laughing by the time she left.
For the most part I always have excellent experience, unless I run i to a couple of women who are in management. They are simply degrading and rude.. if I remembered their name I would post. So in general, the place it's a good place to shop..
Love my local Walmart. The only bad thing is there sometimes arent enough registers open when lines are long. Chris in electronics knows his stuff and will go out of his way to explain it so people that are tech dummies like me understand it. Karen a cashier is also super friendly. We love being in her line!! Keep it up.
Went here for some school supplies since it was tax free weekend. I had a computer in mind that I wanted to purchase, but in store it was more expensive than the online price. Since Walmart is known for price matching, we showed the cashier the online price to get it matched. She was confused and got another girl, who than got two others. I had four women who were so confused by me just wanting to simply price match the online price. First they told me to order it online, wait an hour and pick it up, but online was taxed and that defeats the purpose of tax free weekend specials. They than stated that they couldn't do it because on the Walmart app it was a different price (which was more expensive than in store because she scanned the wrong product) and because it was a "pick up in store" special price item. I tried to explain that it wasn't, it just said I had the option of picking it up in store and that the cashier was scanning the wrong computer. Long story short, they said they couldn't do it. I went up to customer service who said I was right and they could price match it and just sent me right back to electronics to deal with the same confused people as before. I said screw it, went to the Rock Hill Walmart, they price matched and within minutes I was done.
