On the 6th of May I came in with zero problems. I wanted a tune up for preventive care. That same day I left with my car stalling, and a check engine light on. I went back on the 9th expressing my concerns. I was sent home with a guarantee for a part on Tuesday, and a temporary fix for my check engine. I came back today because my check engine light came back on. I had autozone check the engine. Multiple cylinder fails were detected. Duck tape was located on the hose that was damaged by them, and my car was still stalling. These people are bad for business, and shady. You think you're paying less by coming here, but you end up paying more in the long run. Now I have to consult someone else to figure out what was done wrong with my car. P.S. please get a detailed description of what is done to your vehicle. So in the case you do have to go to a second mechanic they'll know what to check. I'm a single woman, and I'm 21 yrs old. Nice, fast and has great prices on tires
Had to make an unexpected trip out of town and needed a couple tires before I hit the road. The used tires were almost as good as new ones, for a lot cheaper.
HORRIBLE!!!! If I could go lower than a star I would! Went had a tire put on a rim and they broke the valve that goes in the sensor. They acted like it wasn't a big deal til I called and found out how much it was to replace it. Called back to the shop and spoke with their so called manager Tom and he assured me that his " boys couldn't have done that" and hung up on me! Not only that he when I called back he hung up on me 2 more time and also hung up on my husband! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! They will mess your car up and won't own up to the damage nor will the be grown up about it. They act like a bunch of children hanging up on their customers!
